Rintu Sharma

Rintu Sharma is a self- driven and motivated individual who was looking for a computer-related work opportunity. He learnt about the Pandua Skill Crash Course Training Program organized by Bargach Foundation. The foundation helps young people without formal education to gain computer basic skills through their  programme.  After a wait over 3 months, he joined a retail shop as an Accountant earning a monthly income of Rs 13K.  His father is a daily labour with a monthly income of Rs 8K. Rintu Sharma says that he will continue to develop his skills through such courses and that he is ever thankful to Bargach Foundation for such an initiative to develop soft skills amongst the youth community. Now after Rintu's employment, the monthly income of family has increased to Rs.20K.
